News Busy January 2006 A great start to the year 2006 with 20 vibrating machines delivered in January from our new Welshpool manufacturing facility. Screens and feeders were assembled and tested in accordance with JOEST factory acceptance test protocol prior to dispatch to customers around Australia. Spare Parts Bev Hales has taken a position in Product Support, providing first contact with customers in the supply of spare parts for JOEST vibrating machines. Give Bev a call with the details of your JOEST machine, and she will be pleased to provide a prompt reply. If possible, have machine model and serial number available to ensure quick identification of the correct parts required.
JOEST Australia moves to purpose built premises at 70-72 Sheffield Rd, Welshpool WA 6106 See here for map and new contact details.
August 2005 JOEST Australia has shipped two (2) large vibrating screens to China for handling raw coal. The screens are believed to be the largest of their type in the world. Having a width of 4.27 m and length 7.32 m, the double deck screens weigh 32,200kg each excluding the isolation frame. Using the latest in finite element analysis (FEA) enabled Joest engineers in Germany to design a very wide screen that will operate with low stresses, to give long and reliable service. The machines were constructed and factory tested in Perth, Western Australia for shipping to the Shaanxi Province in the PR China.
JOEST Australia's rapid growth has seen the need to expand factory space, and will see a move to a purpose built facility in Welshpool in October this year. The new factory will provide the ability for JOEST to increase the level of 'in house' manufacturing, and better control the assembly and test process for construction of vibrating equipment for the Australian market. Watch out for details of the move, and new address.
